Device Activation

  • ASTRI logs MAC address of device each month (via the API call to get latest rules)
  • ACW forward HKT's logs of monthly active devices and the MAC address each month and send to ASTRI
  • ASTRI do a comparison monthly to confirm the devices used
    Primarily based on HKT's number
    Devices not in HKT's list will be identified and will be further discussed between ASTRI and ACW
  • Subscription expiry will not affect router
    TP-Link's routerd can opt to stop idps if subscription expired
  • Router's subscription won't be counted during the trial
    ASTRI will coordinate with ACW on when to start counting
